摘　　要：微生物学实验课程是高等学校生物学学科的重要基础实践课。通过设置模块化教学内容、建立多元化考核体系、同时注重各个实验教学环节等多方面的改革探索,旨在不断提高微生物学实验课的教学质量,锻炼学生掌握扎实的实验技能,具备一定的科研能力,培养其综合素质,为以后的学习与科研打下坚实的基础。实践证明,教学改革效果良好。Microbiology experiment course is an important fundamental experiment in biology majors of comprehensive universities.In order to improve the teaching quality of microbiology experiment course,emphasize training of students in their basic microbiology experimental skills,cultivate the students scientific ability,and improve the students comprehensive quality,the modular experimental teaching mode was implemented,diversified and multi-phase experimental assessment system was established,and carefully monitoring every link in teaching.It is proven that the reformation is effective.
