摘 要:中国医疗体制改革中,落实分级诊疗,实现不同层级医院间的双向转诊是重中之重,也是实现合理医疗资源配置的必经之路,简而言之就是通过转诊的手段,实现小病在基层,大病进医院,实现医疗资源的合理配置。以IncoPat全球专利数据库收录的2009年至2019年间,双向转诊方向申请的专利为研究对象,通过趋势分析、技术构成、专利类型分析、申请人分布、主要申请人技术分布等方面的分析,揭示了该领域创新态势和发展趋势,为科研项目决策机构、科研实施单位与卫生机构指定发展计划、开展相关技术研发等提供决策支持与事实依据。In the reform of China's medical system,the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and the realization of two-way referral between different levels of hospitals are the top priority,which is also the only way to realize the rational allocation of medical resources.In short,through the means of referral,minor diseases can be realized at the grass-roots level,and serious diseases can be admitted to hospitals,so as to realize the rational allocation of medical resources.Based on the patents of two-way referral from 2009 to 2019 in IncoPat global patent database as the research object,through the analysis of trend analysis,technology composition,patent type analysis,applicant distribution,main applicant technology distribution and other aspects,this paper reveals the innovation trend and development trend in this field.It is a scientific research project decision-making institution,scientific research implementation unit and health institution,so as to provide decision support and factual basis for the development plan and related technology research and development.
