低碳运输下公路转铁路货物运输的对策研究

摘　　要：随着大气污染问题的日益严重,主要原因是我国各行各业的能源消耗比较严重,特别是在交通运输方面,交通运输除客运外,大多是货物运输,这主要表现在公路运输上。公路运输的货物量逐年增加,碳排放量的含量也越来越高,与公路运输相比,铁路运输的能耗和碳排放量都低于公路运输。鉴于铁路运输成本低、绿色环保,要发展绿色经济,必须将公路运输改为铁路运输,或者铁路运输主要作为公路运输的辅助,减少公路运输可以间接减少碳排放。文章根据前人的研究成果,研究了低成本铁路运输对碳排放的影响,探讨了碳运输条件下公路至铁路的货运,提出了绿色环保运输的思路,分析了存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和相应的解决方案。With the increasingly serious problem of air pollution,the main reason is that the energy consumption of all walks of life in our country is relatively serious,especially in the aspects of transportation,transportation is mostly the transportation of goods except passenger transportation,which is mainly manifested in road transportation.The amount of goods transported by road increases year by year,and the content of carbon emission is also higher and higher,compared with road transportation in terms of energy consumption and carbon emission of railway transportation are less than that of highway transportation.In view of the low cost and green environmental protection of railway transportation,in order to develop green economy,it is necessary to change road transportation into railway transportation,or railway transportation is mainly used as auxiliary road transportation,and reducing road transportation can indirectly reduce carbon emission.According to the previous research results,this paper studies the effect of low-cost railway transportation on carbon emission This paper discusses the freight transportation from highway to railway under carbon transportation,puts forward some ideas for green and environmental protection transportation,analyzes the existing problems and gives corresponding solutions.
