智能快递柜选址的优化实证研究——以YSL社区为例

摘　　要：合理的快递柜分布不仅能提升用户取发件的满意度,而且能提高快递员送达效率。文章以衡阳YSL社区丰巢快递柜为研究对象,从楼栋数量及分布、社区每日快递量等调查的基础上,先运用集合覆盖模型建模,求解出可选方案,再运用层次分析法对可选方案进行分析建模,再利用MATLAB软件求出各方案的权重排名,得出社区丰巢快递柜在理论上的最佳投放选址方案,旨在解决YSL社区丰巢快递柜的网点分布不均问题。Reasonable distribution of express cabinets can not only improve the satisfaction of users,but also improve the delivery efficiency of couriers.This paper takes Fengchao express cabinet in Hengyang YSL community as the research object.Based on the investigation of the number and distribution of buildings and the daily express delivery volume of the community,this paper first uses the set coverage model to model,then uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze and model the optional schemes,and then uses MATLAB software to calculate the weight ranking of each scheme,and obtains the most theoretical value of the community Fengchao express cabinet The project aims to solve the problem of uneven distribution of outlets of Fengchao express cabinet in YSL community.
