摘 要:随着岸桥自动化程度提高,电气设备相应增加,有限空间内电气线路增加,进一步压缩了电缆槽的设计空间,并对设计精度提出更高要求。如何在不规则的有限空间内设计符合标准要求的电缆槽,已成为目前急需迫切解决的问题。文章针对该问题,提出并研发了一种软硬件结合精测仪及3D建模系统,并对该系统的结构原理、特点、应用等进行了描述,解决了常规设计方式精度差、效率低、周期长、安全性差、过程繁琐问题。With the improvement of the automation of shore crane,the corresponding increase of electrical equipment and the increase of electrical lines in the limited space,the design space of cable slot is further compressed,and higher design accuracy is required.How to design cable slots that meet the standard requirements in the irregular limited space has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to solve this problem,a software and hardware combination precision measuring instrument and 3D modeling system are proposed and developed,and the structure principle,characteristics and application of the system are described.it solves the problems of poor precision,low efficiency,long cycle,poor security and tedious process of the conventional design method.
