宽馏份固定床煤焦油加氢运行实践

摘　　要：煤焦油加氢是利用加氢精制及裂化原理,脱除煤焦油中所含的硫、氮、氧、金属等杂质,同时将不饱和烃饱和、将大分子烃类裂解为小分子烃类,产出分子量较低的1#加氢油、2#加氢油、4#加氢油和液化气等产品。煤焦油加氢技术是以活性高、选择性强、稳定性好的催化剂为核心,通过控制反应过程中所产生的热量,实现煤焦油轻质化的一种技术,具体可分为悬浮床加氢、沸腾床加氢、固定床加氢工艺等。本文以宽馏分固定床加氢工艺为例,进行煤焦油加氢运行实践简述。Coal tar hydrogenation uses the principles of hydrofining and cracking to remove impurities such as sulfur,nitrogen,oxygen,and metals contained in coal tar,while saturating unsaturated hydrocarbons and cracking large molecular hydrocarbons into small molecular hydrocarbons to produce products such as 1#hydrogenated oil,2#hydrogenated oil,4#hydrogenated oil and liquefied gas with lower molecular weight.Coal tar hydrogenation technology is based on catalysts with high activity,strong selectivity,and good stability.By controlling the heat generated during the reaction,coal tar is lightened.It can be divided into suspended bed hydrogenation,fluidized bed hydrogenation,fixed bed hydrogenation process etc.This paper takes the wide fraction fixed-bed hydrogenation process as an example to briefly describe the operation practice of coal tar hydrogenation.
