摘　　要：本文通过炼轧厂炼钢钢包烘烤器的使用状况的分析,研究了改造可行性及改造方案,对比分析了实施效果。结果表明:钢包烘烤器烤包转炉煤气消耗得到有效降低,达到了预期效果,实现了节能减排。In the paper,through the analysis of the use status of the steel-making ladle roaster in the steel-making and rolling plant,the feasibility of the reformation and the reformation scheme are studied,and the implementation effect is compared and analyzed.The results show that the gas consumption of the ladle roaster baking converter has been effectively reduced,the expected effect has been achieved,and energy saving and emission reduction have been realized.
