摘  要:合理的基质是容器育苗的基础,为了探寻不同基质配方对红叶石楠容器苗生长发育的影响,以泥炭土、稻壳及园土为试验材料,采用不同配合比,分析比较苗木地上和地下生长指标,并对指标进行相关性分析。结果表明:参试的配方中,以泥炭:稻壳:园土(2∶1∶1)处理的生长发育指标最佳,植株高度为67.1 cm,地径为2.5 cm,主根长度37.1 cm,分别比对照高出42.2%、38.9%、83.7%,与其他处理达到显著差异水平(P<0.05);通过相关性分析表明,红叶石楠的地上与地下指标大都存在显著正相关(P<0.05),但侧根数与冠幅、主根长度相关性不显著。这些结论将为红叶石楠的容器苗培育技术提供技术参考价值。Reasonable substrate is the basis of container seedling.In order to explore the effect of different matrix formula on the growth and development of container seedlings of Photinia rubra,peat soil,rice husk and garden soil are used as experimental materials in this study.The above ground and underground growth indexes of seedlings are analyzed and the correlation analysis of the indexes is carried out.The results show that the growth and development indexes of peat rice,husk,garden soil(2:1:1)are the best,the plant height is 67.1cm,the ground diameter is 2.5cm,the main root length is 37.1cm,which are 42.2%,38.9%and 83.7%higher than that of the control respectively(P<0.05),The correlation analysis showed that there is a significant positive correlation between the above ground and underground indexes(P<0.05),but there is no significant correlation between the number of lateral roots and the crown and the length of main roots.These conclusions will provide technical reference value for container seedling cultivation technology of Photinia robusta.
