摘 要:以金丝皇菊和阴歧油菊及杂交F1代为试材,采用变异分析、相关性分析和主成分分析方法,研究了其总黄酮含量与叶片及花器性状的相关性。变异分析结果表明:各性状指标间均存在明显差异。其中总黄酮含量的变异系数最大,为81.783%;叶形指数的变异系数最小,为15.866%。相关性分析的结果表明:总黄酮含量与花序直径、花心直径、管状花数量、舌状花长和舌状花宽之间呈显著正相关。主成分分析结果表明:从11个性状指标中提取了4个主成分,其累计贡献率为78.658%;依据各主成分贡献率的大小,在育种中可选择花序直径、花心直径、舌状花长、叶长、叶柄长、叶宽、管状花数量大和总黄酮含量高的菊株作为优良植株。The Chrysanthemum morifolium‘huangju’and C.okiense and hybrids are used as test materials in this paper.The correlation between flavonoid content between leaf morphology and inflorescence traits is studied through variation analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.The result of variation analysis show that there are significant differences among each traits index.Among them,variation coefficient of flavonoid content is the biggest(81.783%),and that of leaf index is the least 15.866%.The results of correlation analysis shows that flavonoid content had significant positive correlations with inflorescence diameter,flower center diameter,tubular flower number,ligulate flower length and ligulate flower width.The results of principal component analysis show that 11 traits index could be classified into 4 principal components,and their cumulative contribution rate is 78.658%.Based on contribution rate of each principal component,individual plants with long inflorescence diameter,long flower center diameter,long ligulate flower,long leaf,long leafstalk,large leaf width,more tubular flower number and high flavonoid content could be selected as fine Chrysanthemum plants in breeding.
