摘　　要：浙江海洋文化历史悠久,海洋古文献包罗宏富,绵延不断,在传世文献中具有独特的文献价值。文章综合运用文献学研究法,对新发现的文献略述著者生平、书名、卷数、内容要旨、著作方式、版本、存佚等,充分挖掘浙江海洋古文献资源,力图为浙江海洋文化研究、海洋文明建设提供厚重的历史文献。With a long history of Zhejiang marine culture,the ancient marine literature boasts its wealthy inclusion and continuous extension and has its unique literature value in the handed-down documents.This paper makes a special study of the author’s life,titles,volumes,content gist,forms of works style,editions,the lost and reserved,etc.in the newly discovered literature outlines by comprehensively using the method of philology,so as to fully excavate the resources of Zhejiang ancient marine documents,thus providing profound historical documents for the study of Zhejiang marine culture research and the construction of marine civilization.
