摘  要:设计了一种表面负载物理防晒剂TiO2、内部包埋化学防晒剂阿伏苯宗(AVB)的PMMA微球体(TiO2@PMMAAVB),并以TiO2纳米粒子为Pickering乳化剂,利用Pickering乳液聚合法,在无表面活性剂的条件下一步法制备了TiO2@PMMA-AVB复合防晒微球体。紫外光透过率、光稳定性、体外透皮以及感官测试结果表明该微球体具有提高紫外防护效果、增加AVB光稳定性以及减少AVB经皮吸收;且微球粉体细腻易洗去,能改善TiO2泛白的效果。该微球体结构可以避免TiO2与AVB的直接接触,并且表面TiO2可以为微球体内AVB过滤一部分紫外线,从而延长AVB的使用寿命。The microspheres loaded with TiO2 and embedding avobenzone(AVB)were prepared in one step.First,amphiphilic TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared and then an O/W Pickering emulsion stabilized by these nanoparticles was successfully used to prepare the microspheres.The results of UV transmittance,light stability,in vitro transdermal and sensory tests showed that,the microspheres could improve the ability of UV protection and the light stability of avobenzone,and reduce the transdermal absorption of AVB.Moreover,the microsphere powder was delicate and easy to be washed away,and it could improve the whitening effect of TiO2.This structure made TiO2 nanoparticles evenly distributed and avoided direct contact between TiO2 and AVB;the nano-TiO2 on the surface of microspheres could filter a part of UV,so the service life of AVB in the microsphere could be prolonged.
