摘  要:针对ASME提出的涡流阵列检测灵敏度对于我国锅炉压力容器典型金属材料的适用性问题,本文通过软件仿真和实验的方式研究了材料和焊缝的涡流阵列检测灵敏度适用性及其影响因素。结果表明,ASME规定的涡流阵列检测灵敏度在一定程度上适用于我国的锅炉压力容器金属材料和焊缝,但非铁磁性材料涡流阵列检测灵敏度并不是最小检测灵敏度,并且涡流阵列检测灵敏度会受到探头线圈尺寸、探头工作模式、工件材质和热处理的影响。For the applicability of the eddy current array detection sensitivity specified by ASME to typical Chinese metal materials used in the boilers and pressure vessels,the applicability of and the factors in the detection sensitivity in the material and weld zones were studied by means of the software simulation and testing experiments。The results show that,the detection sensitivity specified by ASME is applicable to Chinese metal material and weld of the boilers and pressure vessels to a certain degree,but not the smallest one for the non-ferromagnetic material,and it is influenced by the probe’s coil size and operating mode,and the object’s material and the heat treatment for the ferromagnetic material.
