摘 要:为了提高轨道用高锰钢的雨水浸泡性能,通过扫描电镜、极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱研究了Mn含量对轨道用0.9C-xMn-2Cr-Mo高锰钢在雨水中耐蚀性的影响,分析了对其实施固溶处理后的性能。结果表明:随着高锰钢内Mn添加量的上升,其腐蚀电流密度Jcorr与钝化电流密度Jpass都表现出先减小后增加的变化规律,最小值发生在Mn含量12.5%时,此时Jcorr与Jpass都达到了最小值,耐蚀能力最强。Mn被氧化得到具有致密结构的MnO2,对高锰钢表面起到良好的保护作用。固溶态高锰钢经雨水腐蚀后能够再钝化,形成了宽度较大的钝化区,具备更优的耐蚀性。经固溶处理后的高锰钢内点蚀坑数量降低。Mn含量12.5%的固溶高锰钢形成最大容抗半径,表现出了优异的耐蚀性。In order to improve the soaking performance of high manganese steel in rain water,the influence of Mn content on the corrosion resistance of 0.9C-xMn-2Cr-Mo high manganese steel in rain water was studied through scanning electron microscope,polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectrum,and the performance after solid solution treatment was analyzed. Results showed that with the increase of Mn content,the corrosion current density Jcorr and passivation current density Jpass of high manganese steels exhibited the tendency of decreasing first and then increasing. When the content of Mn was 12.5%,both of Jcorr and Jpass reached the minimum values,and the corrosion resistance became the optimal. In addition,the Mn element was oxidized into MnO2 with dense structure,which had good protection on the surface of high manganese steel. Moreover,after corroded by the rain water,the solid-solution state high manganese steel was re-passivated,which formed a passivation region with a large width,and the corrosion resistance turned into better. After solid solution treatment,the number of pitting pits on the high manganese steel decreased. Moreover,the solid-solution high manganese with 12.5% of Mn content possessed the maximum radius of capacitance,which exhibited excellent corrosion resistance.
