摘 要:管道腐蚀严重影响了姬塬油田的日常生产。采用成分分析、金相组织分析、电化学性能测试、水质分析以及腐蚀结垢产物分析的方法,对腐蚀管道及相关层位的水样开展了腐蚀机理研究。结果表明:该油田使用的20钢管道在产生偏析的部位及焊缝更容易发生腐蚀。不同层位的采出液具有不同的管道腐蚀机理,在富含Cl-、高矿化度的水环境中,长6层位的管道为CO2腐蚀,而延9层位的管道为H2S/CO2腐蚀,这一结论为姬塬油田制定和优化防腐蚀措施提供了参考。In order to reveal the corrosion mechanism,the samples including the corroded pipeline and produced water were studied by chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure analysis,electrochemical test,water quality analysis,and corrosion and scaling products analysis,respectively. Results showed the corrosion easily occurred in the spot segregation and soldering seam of the pipelines made from 20 steel. The produced liquid from different series was found to have different mechanisms causing the corrosion in pipelines. In the water settings enriched chloride ion contents and possessed high salinity,the controlled factor for pipeline corrosion was carbon dioxide corrosion in the series of Chang 6 and the united corrosion of carbon dioxide + hydrogen sulfide in the series of Yan 9. This work could lay the basis of developing and optimizing measures to prevent the pipelines in Jiyuan Oilfield from the corrosion.
