摘　　要：目的了解2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者的代谢情况。方法将2型糖尿病合并NAFLD患者579例按NAFLD程度分为A组(轻度)、B组(中度)、C组(重度),比较并分析3组患者的BMI、尿酸、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。结果 3组间BMI、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿酸、糖化血红蛋白比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,B、C组BMI、尿酸较A组有明显升高;C组总胆固醇、甘油三酯较A、B组有明显升高;B组糖化血红蛋白水平最高;3组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 BMI、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿酸与2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病程度具有相关性,临床应尽早进行危险因素筛查及防控。Objective To investigate the metabolic status of type 2 diabetes mellitus with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). Methods 579 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with NAFLD were divided into group A(mild),group B(moderate),and group C(severe) according to the degree of NAFLD. The levels of BMI, uric acid, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol in the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in BMI, total cholesterol, triglyceride, uric acid,and glycosylated hemoglobin among the three groups(P<0.05).Among them, BMI and uric acid in groups B and C were significantly higher than that in group A. The total cholesterol and triglyceride in group C were significantly higher than those in groups A and B.HbA1c level was the highest in group B. There was no significant difference between the three groups in LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol(P>0.05). Conclusion BMI, total cholesterol, triglyceride, and uric acid are correlated with the degree of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with NAFLD, and risk factors should be screened and prevented as soon as possible.
