摘  要:产业学院作为政府机构、职业院校、行业协会、产业园区和龙头企业等多主体合作联结的集“产、学、研、创、用”等多职能一体的职业教育实体机构,其在深化产教融合、多元合作办学,提升企业重要办学主体地位方面具有十分重要的推动作用,成为有效提升职业院校人才培养质量水平的一条重要实践平台。文章分析指出了当前产业学院办学定位不明晰、办学主体责任不明确、创新机制不健全、育人特色不明显、办学绩效不突出等发展过程中的痛点问题,通过分析问题的内在原因和解决途径,提出产业学院“双协同”驱动,促进“产教融合”发展,化解产业学院办学痛点难点问题的新思路。As a multi-functional vocational education entity with multi-body cooperation and connection of government agencies,vocational colleges,industry associations,industrial parks and leading enterprises,the industrial college plays a very important role in deepening the integration of industry and education,multi cooperation in running schools,and promoting the important position of enterprises in running schools.It is an important practice platform to improve the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges.This paper analyzes and points out the problems in the development process,such as the unclear orientation of running a school,the unclear responsibility of the main body of running a school,the imperfect innovation mechanism,the unclear characteristics of educating people,and the outstanding performance of running a school.By analyzing the internal causes and solutions of the problems,the paper puts forward the"double coordination"drive of the industry college,promotes the development of"integration of industry and education",and resolves the difficult problems and a new way of thinking about pain points.
