创意家居新材料——能监控温度变化的水性乳胶漆复合涂料

摘  要:水性乳胶漆具有低甲醛,低芳香类化合物等优点,使其在房屋建筑材料中广受欢迎。文章利用有机导电材料的特性,将有机导电高分子聚合物PEDOT:PSS水溶液与市售水性乳胶漆混合,以不同质量比制备复合乳胶漆,经过涂膜分析其电学性能。结果表明,在PEDOT:PSS质量比为0.8%条件下,所制备的薄膜电阻率对温度变化最敏感,尤其是在20℃至50℃范围;而且膜厚对所制备薄膜的性能影响很小,展现了优异的可重复性。由此,通过改善工艺,制备出了可监控温度变化的PEDOT:PSS-水性乳胶漆复合涂料,可用于检测建筑物中温度的变化,可为未来智能家居提供一种创意家居新材料。Water-based emulsion paint has the advantages of low content of formaldehyde and aromatic compounds,which makes it widely application in building materials.Based on the properties of organic conductive materials,the organic conductive polymer PEDOT:PSS aqueous solution was mixed with commercial water-based emulsion paint to prepare composite emulsion paint with different mass ratios.The electrical properties of composite emulsion paint were analyzed by coating film.The results show that the resistivity of the prepared films is the most sensitive to temperature variation,especially in the range of 20℃to 50℃,under the condition of the 0.8%PEDOT:PSS mass ratio.Moreover,the film thickness has almost no-effect on the properties of the prepared films,showing excellent repeatability.Thus,by the process optimization,the PEDOT:PSS-Emulsion paint composite coating,which can monitor the temperature variation,can be applied to detect the temperature change in buildings,and provide a new creative household material for the future smart architecture.
