摘　　要：ZB45包装机组是目前我国烟草行业应用最为广泛的一款包装设备,YB45小盒包装机作为该机组的主机,在运行中,商标纸横向推送装置(俗称小滑车)频繁出现漏油现象,影响产品质量。文章通过对该部位的结构、工作原理进行分析,找出漏油原因,提出以“输”代“阻”的新思路,对小滑车油封座进行改进并增设外回油通路,解决YB45商标纸小滑车部位的漏油。ZB45 packing unit is one of the most popular packing equipment in tobacco industry in China.As the main part of ZB45,YB45 small box packing machine frequently encounters oil leakage on label paper horizontal pushing device,which brings negative result to product quality.This paper focuses on the analysis of the structure and working principle of this device,the reason for oil leakage is found,and structure improvement including outer oil returning channel design is made based on the solution of oil transportation.
