摘  要:目的建立高效、方便、快捷的生活饮用水中挥发酚的测定方法。方法按照《生活饮用水标准检验方法水样的采集与保存》GB/T 5750-2006采集样品,采用全自动流动注射分析仪分析水中挥发酚;用挥发酚质控样做参照,比较流动注射分析法与4-氨基安替比林三氯甲烷萃取分光光度法两种方法的优劣。结果流动注射分析法检测结果的线性范围为2~50μg/L,r=0.9996,低、中、高3个不同加标浓度,回收率为98.0%~102.0%,检出限0.80μg/L,准确度和精密度较好,满足实验要求;两种方法测定挥发酚质控样结果无明显差异。结论该方法具有样品量少、操作简便、安全可靠、检出限低、效率高的特点,适用于测定生活饮用水中挥发酚及大批量样品。Objective To establish an efficient,convenient and rapid method for the determination of volatile phenol in drinking water.Methods The water samples were collected according to the requirement of Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water Collection and Preservation of Water Samples(GB/T 5750-2006),and detected for volatile phenol by full-automatic flow injection analyzer.The quality control sample of volatile phenol was taken as the reference,the advantage and disadvantage were compared between flow injection assay and 4-amino antipyrine trichloromethane extraction spectrophotometric method.Results The linearity range of the results detected with flow injection assay was 2-50μg/L,r=0.9996,the recovery rates were from 98.0%to 102.0%at the low,medium and high adding standard concentration with the detection limit of 0.80μg/L.The accuracy and precision were good,and met the experimental requirements.There was no obvious difference in the results of quality control of volatile phenol between the two methods.Conclusions The detection method is of the characteristics,such as less samples consumption,easy to operate,safty and reliability,low detection limit,and high efficiency,and is suitable for the determination of volatile phenol in large quantity of drinking water samples.
