高职院校协同实践育人体系构建途径分析

摘　　要：实践育人是十大育人体系之一,目前存在缺乏顶层设计、保障机制尚欠缺、协同能力有待加强、认识水平有待提高等问题。构建“四位一体”全链条协同体系,即建立支持与引导政策,健全协同实践育人校内外联动机制,营造协同实践育人氛围,加强协同实践育人引导激励,为多方育人主体共同构建协同实践育人体系提供借鉴范式。As one of the ten education systems,practice education currently poses problems such as lack of top-level design,inadequate guarantee mechanism,insufficient collaborative ability,and poor recognition level.It is necessary to construct a“four-in-one”whole-chain collaborative system:to establish support and guidance policies,to complete the linkage mechanism between campus and society,to create the social atmo⁃sphere,to strengthen the guiding and encouragement mechanism.This paper aims to provide a reference frame⁃work for multiple educators to jointly develop the collaborative practice education system.
