摘　　要：通过对国外数字、智能、智慧油气田实践案例的广泛调研和对中国石油上游业务信息化建设及其成果的总结分析,提出了以业务、价值双驱动的数字、智能或智慧油气田建设理念,给出了数字、智能与智慧油气田的内涵、目标和定义,明确了三者之间的差异、内在联系和相互依存关系。围绕油气田企业上游核心业务构成,首次构建了数字、智能与智慧油气田价值模型,并以模型中两个价值点为例,详细阐述了价值模型的应用方法和应用意义。该价值模型为油气田企业数字化转型、智能化发展提供了目标和参考路径。Based on the extensive investigation of overseas digital,intelligent and smart oil and gas field practice cases and the summary and analysis of PetroChina upstream business informatization construction and its achievements,this paper puts forward the concept of digital,intelligent or smart oil and gas field construction driven by business and value,and gives the connotation,objectives and definitions of digital,intelligent and smart oil and gas fields,and the differences,internal relations and interdependence between three of them are clarified.Around the composition of upstream core business of oil and gas field enterprises,the digital,intelligent and smart oil and gas field value model is constructed for the first time.Taking two value points in the model as examples,the application method and significance of the value model are elaborated in detail.The value model provides the target and reference path for the digital transformation and intelligent development of oil and gas field enterprises.
