学习迁移理论下高校北狮运动队体能训练研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法,在了解高校龙狮运动发展现状的基础上,采用问卷的形式,向北京体育大学、首都体育学院、武汉体育学院、郑州大学体育学院、中南大学、贵州师范大学求是学院、四川师范大学7所学校的北狮运动队全体队员发送电子问卷,共回收62份。通过对数据进行统计和分析发现:目前我国高校北狮运动队队员体能训练的形式和效果有待完善和提高。对此,文章基于学习迁移理论,提出将举重和增强式跳跃引入高校北狮运动队的专项体能训练计划中,从而达到提高高校北狮运动员体能水平的目的。Through literature review,on the basis of understanding current situation of the development of university dragon-lion dance,by using Questionnaire Star as the research tool,the electronic questionnaires are sent to all the players of northern lion team of Beijing Sports University,Capital Institute of Physical Education,Wuhan Sports College,Central South University,Zhengzhou University of Sports,Qiushi College from Guizhou Normal University and Sichuan Normal University.A total of 62 copies were received.Through the statistics and analysis of the data,it is found that at present,the form and effect of physical training of northern lion dance team member need to be improved.In this regard,based on the theory of learning transfer,this paper proposes to introduce weightlifting and strengthening jumping into the special physical training plan of university northern lion sports teams,so as to improve the physical fitness of university northern lion dance athletes and provide theoretical basis for the physical fitness training of university northern lion sports teams.
