摘 要:宁夏引黄灌区农田退水污染治理任务重、难度大,目前以小范围、小规模、单项技术实施为主,缺乏系统集成示范工程。通过分析灌区农田退水规律和污染特征,明确农田退水污染治理形势,结合现有先进成熟技术,按照因地制宜、先进适用、突出重点、注重实效、统筹推进的原则,探索提出“控源减污—生态截污—末端治污”的灌区农田排水污染全过程防治技术模式,明确了各环节的具体措施,以期为灌区农田排水污染治理规划提供技术参考。It is a heavy and difficult task to control water pollution from farmland in the Yellow River diversion irrigated area in Ningxia.At present,it is mainly implemented in small scale and single technology,and lacks of systematic integrated demonstration projects.It is of great significance to study the prevention and control mode of the whole process of farmland water withdrawal for comprehensively promoting the treatment of farmland water withdrawal and water pollution in irrigated areas.Through irrigation farmland water pollution processes and characteristics of back analysis,farmland water pollution governance situation,combined with the existing advanced and mature technologies,according to local conditions,advanced applicable,focused,pragmatic,the principle of overall consideration,“source reducing the pollution-ecological sewage-control pollution”mode of irrigation farmland drainage is explored for pollution prevention and control of the whole process of technology,to provide irrigation reference.
