摘 要:乡村振兴战略为乡土人才队伍建设创造了新的历史机遇.基于乡土、能力和业绩等核心要素,就乡土人才队伍建设所面临的战略认识偏差、总量结构素质以及开发不足、人才流失等多方面挑战,提出完善乡土人才分类管理机制、培育机制、市场机制和激励机制,从建立组织体系、提升专业素质、加强示范效应、激发内在活力等维度,构建乡土人才队伍建设的实践路径.The rural revitalization strategy has created a new historical opportunity for the construction of local talent team.Based on the core concept elements of local talents,such as locality,ability and performance,confronted with the challenges of strategic understanding deviation,total structure quality,insufficient development and brain drain and so on,this paper advises to improve the classified management,cultivation mechanism,market mechanism and incentive mechanism of local talents,and to build the practical paths of local talent team construction in the aspects of establishing organizational system,improving professional quality,strengthening demonstration effect and stimulating internal vitality.
