摘　　要：随着智能手机的日益普及,利用智能手机进行犯罪的案件不断增多,智能手机取证成为了为刑事诉讼提供证据的重要手段。文章对智能手机照片的溯源性信息进行了研究,分析得到智能手机照片拍摄的时间、地理位置、手机生产厂商、手机型号等信息,对侦查办案人员重建犯罪现场,刻画犯罪嫌疑人的犯罪轨迹起到的重要作用,为刑事诉讼提供了重要证据,对服务公安实际工作有较强的研究意义。With the increasing popularity of smartphones,cases of using smartphones to commit crimes continue to increase,and smartphone forensics has become an important means of providing evidence for criminal action.The article studies the traceability information of smartphone photos,analyzes the time,geographic location,mobile phone manufacturer,mobile phone model and other information that the smartphone photo was taken,which plays an important role in reconstructing the crime scene and portraying the criminal suspect’s criminal trajectory for the investigators.It provides important evidence for criminal action and has strong research significance for the actual work of serving public security.
