摘　　要：研究发现,手机维修市场主要由官方、线下和线上三大维修形态构成。对手机维修行业进行研究发现,线下的手机维修模式,在进入到"互联网+"时代以后明显已经不能满足用户对效率的需求。据中国信息通信研究院数据显示,中国2019年手机出货量为3.89亿部,手机维修率在10%~15%,仅2019年一年就有近0.39亿~0.58亿台手机维修需求产生。该研究以百脑汇上海旗舰店为例,研究结果表明,小程序可以帮助用户简化维修流程、节省时间、优化维修体验。The research found that the mobile phone repair market is mainly composed of official,offline and online repair forms.Research on the mobile phone repair industry found that the offline mobile phone repair model,after entering the"internet plus"era,obviously can no longer meet the needs of users for efficiency.According to data from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology,China shipped 389 million mobile phones in 2019,with a mobile phone repair rate ranging from 10%to 15%.In 2019 alone,there will be nearly 39 million to 58 million mobile phone repair needs generated.This study takes Buynow flagship store in Shanghai as an example,the results show that the applet can help users simplify the maintenance process,save time,and optimize the maintenance experience.
