摘  要:轻烃回收装置负责整个煤直接液化轻烃组分的回收利用。随着长周期运行轻烃回收装置出现负荷大、回收率低、能耗高的问题。通过对装置上游膜分离系统检修及流程优化前后的数据研究,分析出膜分离系统的检修及流程优化对轻烃回收装置各方面的影响:轻烃回收装置的电耗下降17.65%、氢气收率增加3.2%、液化气收率增加5.82%。The light hydrocarbon recovery plant is responsible for the recovery and utilization of light hydro⁃carbon components in direct coal liquefaction.With the long-term operation,the light hydrocarbon recovery plant has the problems of high load,low recovery rate and high energy consumption.By studying the data before and after the overhaul and process optimization of the upstream membrane separation system of the plant,the influences of overhaul and process optimization of the membrane separation system on the light hy⁃drocarbon recovery plant are analyzed:the power consumption of the light hydrocarbon recovery plant decreas⁃es by 17.65%,the yield of hydrogen increases by 3.2%,and the yield of liquefied gas increases by 5.82%.
