摘 要:对某大型体育馆钢结构工程进行施工过程分析,该工程结构体系由空间管桁架钢结构、索结构、屋盖顶部单层网壳结构三部分组成.采用Midas Gen有限元软件对主馆管桁架带“Y”型格构柱的滑移施工过程、主馆顶部单层网壳安装、副馆安装以及分批张拉索的施工全过程进行分析,并与一次加载工况下的结果做对比.通过在软件中定义不同的结构组、边界组以及荷载组模拟整个施工过程,得出施工过程中该结构的构件应力、位移及支反力结果.结果表明:一次加载下结构的计算结果显著小于施工阶段的结果.结构位移最大值发生在滑移施工过程中,并且不随分批张拉索力的增加而减小.This paper analyzes the steel structure construction process of a large gymnasium,which is composed of three parts:space tubular truss steel structure,cable structure and roof-top single-layer reticulated shell structure.The Midas Gen finite element software is used to analyze the overall construction process of the tubular trusses with“Y”lattice columns in the main hall.It mainly includes the sliding construction process,the installation of the single-layer reticulated shell on the top of the main hall,the installation of the auxiliary hall and the multi-stage tensioning.And the analysis results are compared with that under one-time loading condition.By defining different structural groups,boundary groups and load groups in the software,the entire construction process is simulated,thus obtaining the stress,displacement and bearing reaction force of the structure members in the construction process.The results show that the calculation results of the structure under one-time loading are significantly smaller than those of the construction stages.The maximum value of structural displacement occurs in the process of sliding construction and does not decrease with the increase of multistage tensioning cable force.
