摘　　要：文章就精益生产在我国汽车制造业YTKC公司中的应用进行研究,主要讨论了几个方面的问题:精益生产模式的理念创新;建立精益组织的引导机制建设;改进固化的管理模式,重塑精益生产环节;积极实行精益成本控制等。精益生产以其独特的优势正逐渐影响着我国的汽车制造业,助力我国汽车产业腾飞。This article studies the application of lean production in YTKC company in my country's automobile manufactur-ing industry.Mainly discussed several aspects:the concept innovation of lean production mode;the establishment of the guiding mechanism construction of lean organization;the improvement of solid management mode and the reshaping of lean production links;the active implementation of lean cost control,etc.Lean production with its unique advantages is gradually affecting my country's automobile manufacturing industry and helping my country's automobile industry to take off.
