摘　　要：传统的机场清扫车具有刷扫、吸拾、磁吸、吹除四大功能,广泛应用于机场跑道、滑行道、停机坪道面的机械化清扫作业,在文章中,讲解了一款新型动力系统的机场清扫车,采用“副发动机驱动液压泵+液压马达带动风机”的动力输出型式,在液压传动和电控系统中,传感器采集分机转速信号,控制器实时调节变量泵的排量,达到风机转速及功率根据需要自动调节,可实现风机的无极调速,传动平稳可靠,降低对副发动机的冲击,提高了整机车工作可靠性和使用寿命。Traditional airport maintain sweepers have four functions,such as sweeping,absorbing,magnetic absorbing and blowing.It is used to be high-speed runway sweeping and other airport sweeping to keep runways free of foreign object debris widely.In this paper,a new power system of airport sweeper is introduced,which adopts the power output type of"auxiliary engine driving hydraulic pump,hydraulic motor driving fan".It adopts hydraulic transmission and electric control system.The sensor collects the speed signal of the extension,and the controller adjusts the displacement of variable pump in real time,so as to achieve the automatic adjustment of fan speed and power according to the needs,which can realize the no fan.It can reduce the impact on the auxiliary engine and improve the working reliability and service life of the whole locomotive.
