摘　　要：阐述了回收塑料粒子生产项目竣工环保验收的准备工作和关注要点,关注要点包括企业的自查、污染源调查、环保设施建设情况、验收监测方案、验收检查等。还介绍回收塑料粒子生产项目概况和工艺流程,分析生产过程中污染物的产生情况,提出污染物治理措施、验收检查内容和环境管理要求,制定环保验收监测方案,为回收塑料粒子生产项目的竣工环保验收提供参考。This paper expounds the preparation and focus of environmental acceptance for the completion of the recycled plastic particle production project.Key points of concern include self-examination of enterprises,investigation of pollution sources,construction of environmental protection facilities,acceptance and monitoring programs,acceptance inspection,etc.This paper introduces the overview and process of recycling plastic particle production projects,analysis of the production process of pollutants,puts forward pollutant control measures,acceptance inspection content and environmental management requirements,work out the environmental acceptance monitoring plans,and provides reference for the environmental acceptance of recycled plastic particles production project.
