摘　　要：高新技术企业是技术创新的源头和科技成果转化的直接载体。培育高新技术企业是实施创新驱动发展战略的重要抓手,抓住高新技术企业就是抓住创新的牛鼻子。基于微观的企业调研以及《中国火炬统计年鉴》、天眼大数据查询平台等,分析了江西省高新技术企业的发展现状、存在的问题。基于与国内高新技术企业发展典型做法的对比,提出了江西省"十四五"高新技术企业培育建议,包括:构建立体化的培育机制与政策;建成独具特色的企业衍生体系;提升企业根植性扩大辐射效应;培育最优的企业集群生态体系;绘制"企业科技创新地图"实施跟图作业。High-tech enterprises are the direct carrier of transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the source of technological innovation.Cultivating high-tech enterprises is an important hand in implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development,and to grasp high-tech enterprises is to grasp the nose of innovation.Based on micro-survey of Enterprises,China Torch Statistical Yearbook and sky-eye Big Data Query Platform,this paper analyzes the development Status and problems of high-tech enterprises in Jiangxi province.Based on the comparison with the typical practice in China,this paper put forward Jiangxi province " 14 th five-year" high-tech enterprise cultivation proposals,including:establishing three-dimensional cultivation mechanism and policies;establishing a unique enterprise derivative system;promoting the enterprise’s root and expanding the radiation effect;cultivating the best enterprise cluster ecosystem system,and drawing the " enterprise science and technology innovation map" for follow-up operation.
