摘　　要：高校和科研院所既是科技创新的主阵地,又是技术转移转化的主力军。技术转移体系是推动科技成果扩散、流动、共享、应用并实现经济和社会价值的生态系统。本文系统分析高校和科研院所技术转移生态系统结构和存在的问题,提出了持续改善的建议。Universities and research institutes are not only the main front of technological innovation,but also the main force of technology transfer and transformation.The technology transfer system is an ecosystem that promotes the diffusion,flow,sharing,application and realization of economic and social values of scientific and technological achievements.This paper systematically analyzes the structure and existing problems of the technology transfer ecosystem of universities and research institutes,and puts forward suggestions for continuous improvement.
