摘　　要：随着互联网金融企业的发展,传统金融行业的岗位职业标准已不能充分满足市场对金融人才技能的需求,特别是高职金融专业人才培养与金融市场岗位需求之间的错配现象明显。本文认为:高职院校作为高素质技能型人才培养的摇篮,更应该适应市场变化的需求,及时调整人才培养的课程结构、优化人才培养的模式。The development of Internet finance is a challenge to traditional finance.as a result,the professional qualification standards of financial industry can no longer meet the demands of financial talents in the rapidly changing market.The mismatch between the training of financial professionals and the demand of financial markets is obvious,which makes it necessary to explore the training of financial professionals.As the cradle of high-quality skilled personnel training,higher vocational colleges should adjust the talent training mode in time and optimize the talent training plan and curriculum structure to meet the market changes.
