摘　　要：1940年3月14日成都出现饥民抢米事件,之后旋即发生了一次反共摩擦。在国共双方的叙述中,抢米风潮均系对方蓄意发动的敌对行动。事件真相是四川省会警察局长唐毅等人阴谋伪造证据,炮制了中共川康特委组织饥民抢米暴动的谎言。国民党四川当局负责人贺国光面临阴晴不定的国共关系,身处波谲云诡的川康政局,在特殊的心态之下产生误判,针对中共川康特委发动了抓捕。持续半月的反共摩擦一度愈演愈烈,后因戴笠觉察真相并报告蒋介石后戛然而止。突如其来的打击和由此引发的恐慌情绪,使四川地下党越发相信抢米风潮是国民党特务化装抢米嫁祸中共的“国会纵火案”。基于此种认识中共也逐渐形成了关于抢米风潮的解读。这次反共摩擦虽没有对当时国共关系的发展产生根本性影响,但却为理解战时国共摩擦发生和结束的机制提供了丰富的细节。An incident of starving people grabbing rice occurred in Chengdu on March 14,1940.Soon afterwards an anti-communist operation was started.In the different narratives of KMT and CPC,this pure collective action was interpreted as political attack against the other side.At the beginning,a conspiracy was manufactured by Tang Yi,the chief of police in Chengdu,who used fake evidences to prove that the rice riots were provoked by local committee of CPC.Confronted with the delicate relationship between the two Parties and the complicated political situations of Sichuan Province,He Guoguang,the director of Sichuan authorities,misjudged the situation,believing in that deliberately designed interpretation,and started the anti-communist operation by arresting several communist leaders of Sichuan.The persecution,which lasted over 10 days,was called off by Chiang Kai-shek after receiving a secret report from Dai Li.This operation brought about a series of panic among those local communists,who took it for granted that the incident of starving people grabbing rice on March 14 must have been a Reichstag Fire designed by KMT.This anti-communist operation provided rich details about the mode of clash between KMT and CPC during those Anti-Japanese War years.
