摘 要:介绍AHRI210/240规定定速房间空调器的SEER和HSPF的计算方法,分析衰减系数、冷凝器出口过冷度、蒸发器出口过热度对空调器性能的影响以及不同工况下的制热量对HSPF的影响.结果表明:SEER和HSPF都随衰减系数的增大而减小;随着过冷度的增大,SEER先逐渐增大再减小;随着过热度的增大,SEER和HPFS均逐渐减小.在样机开发阶段,通过延迟关闭室内机风机减小衰减系数,增大室外换热器面积提高工况H2和H3下的制热性能,并设定合适的过冷度和过热度,能够发挥空调器的最佳性能,且保证空调系统不会有压缩机液击的风险.The calculation methods of SEERand HSPFfor the fixed speed room air conditioner stated in AHRI 210/240 are introduced.The influence of degradation coefficient,subcooling degree of condensor outlet and superheat degree of evaporator outlet on the performance of the air conditioner,and the influence of heating capacities under different conditions on HSPF are analyzed.The results show that both SEERand HSPFdecrease with the increase of degradation coefficient;SEERincreases firstly then reduces with the increase of subcooling degree;SEERand HSPFboth reduce with the increase of superheat degree.During the development of the prototype,through reducing the degradation coefficient by delaying closing the indoor fan,and increasing the area of outdoor heat exchanger to improve the heating performance under H2 and H3 conditions,setting the appropriate subcooling degree and superheat degree,the air conditioner can achieve the best performance,and the air-conditioning system can be prevented from the risk for compressor liquid hammer.
