摘 要:本文提出一种新型的高压浮力驱动系统,具有体积小、重量轻、调节体积大、调节精度高和能耗低等优点,能够改善目前剖面式潜水器浮力调节系统的工作性能。文中首先介绍了剖面式潜水器浮力驱动系统的研究现状,分析总结了目前浮力驱动系统的优势和不足;然后基于深海机动浮标,考虑海水密度变化和耐压壳体压缩量的影响,系统阐述了新型浮力驱动系统的工作原理、设计过程和关键技术等核心问题;最后,对浮力驱动系统的工作过程进行系统的测试/试验,通过分析结果得到该浮力驱动系统具有较好的工作性能的结论。本文设计和研制的浮力驱动系统为独立的工作单元,模块化度高、性能强劲,能够在一定程度上推进我国大深度剖面式潜水器的发展。In this paper, a new design for high-pressure buoyancy engine system is proposed for deep sea profiling vehicles. The buoyancy engine system is small owing to low weight, flexible to adjust volume with high precision and low consumption, and the design requirements for most profiling vehicles may be satisfied. This paper introduces the literature review of the buoyancy engine system used on profiling vehicles while presenting the shortcoming and advantage of the system. Based on the hybrid deep sea float, this paper evaluates the operating principle, design procedure and key technology of the buoyancy engine system by considering the impact of the seawater density change and the pressure hull compression. Finally, the working process of buoyancy engine system was tested and the working stability has been validated. The developed high pressure buoyancy engine system in this paper can effectively resolve the shortcomings of domestic buoyancy system and promote development of domestic deep sea profiling vehicles.
