人才集聚、区域创新与区域经济增长--基于中国省域面板空间计量模型的实证分析

摘　　要：基于中国2005—2019年的省域面板数据,运用空间滞后模型(SLM)和空间杜宾模型(SDM)考察了人才集聚对区域创新与区域经济增长的影响。研究表明,区域经济增长具有显著的空间异质性和空间依赖性。在同时检验空间固定、时期固定与时空固定三种效应下,人才集聚对区域创新具有显著促进作用且空间溢出效应明显,区域创新对区域经济增长具有显著促进作用且空间溢出效应明显;基于人才集聚的创新效应视角,发现人才集聚能够促进区域创新,进而推动区域经济增长,与此同时,人才集聚的创新效应对周围经济的增长具有溢出效应。文章对“人才集聚—区域创新—经济增长”的良性互动机制作了探讨,为实现区域经济均衡发展提供政策建议。Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2005 to 2019,this paper uses Spatial Lag Model(SLM)and Spatial Durbin Model(SDM)to investigate the impact of talent agglomeration on regional innovation and economic growth.The results show that economic growth has significant spatial heterogeneity and spatial dependence.At the same time,under the three effects of fixed space,fixed period and fixed time and space,talent agglomeration has a significant role in promoting regional innovation,and the spatial spillover effect is obvious.Regional innovation has a significant role in promoting economic growth,and the spatial spillover effect is obvious.From the perspective of innovation effect of talent agglomeration,it is found that talent agglomeration promotes regional innovation,and then promotes regional economy.Meanwhile,the innovation effect of talent agglomeration has the spillover effect on the growth of surrounding economy.This paper discusses the benign interaction mechanism of“talent agglomeration,regional innovation and economic growth”,which hopes to provide policy suggestions for realizing the balanced development of regional economy.
