摘　　要：颈部坏死性筋膜炎是一种严重、罕见、潜在致命的软组织感染,如果不能早期诊断和治疗,死亡率很高。本文对该病的微生物学特点、临床表现、实验室检查、影像学检查,以及诊断、治疗和并发症的预防进行了系统阐述,为其早期诊疗决策提供理论依据。Cervical necrotizing fasciitis is a severe,rare and potentially lethal soft tissue infection with a high mortality rate.The review systematically describe the characteristics of microbiology,clinical manifestations,laboratory results analysis and imaging examination,and the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of complications through in order to provide decision-making basis for its early diagnosis and treatment.
