摘　　要：为了全面、及时地反映汽轮发电机的运行状况,并有效的减轻专业人员的工作量。汽轮发电机状态在线监测系统在集成了发电企业已有的监测数据之外,结合了发电机的制造参数、检验数据等记录,通过由规程规定及专家经验所构建评价模型对发电机的运行状态进行实时反馈。系统在试运行阶段取得了良好的效果,及时发现了发电机内氢气露点温度异常,定子线棒温度测量存在跳变等缺陷和问题并提出了报警,同时针对这些缺陷和问题提出处理建议,提高了发电机安全运行的可靠性。因此,在发电企业已有的监测数据、检修数据等基础之上,结合相应标准及评价方法建立的实时反映汽轮发电机状态的平台不仅可以为专业人员全面、及时地反映发电机的运行状况,还可以对发电机运行、检修及试验等过程的数据进行信息管理,从而进一步提高发电机管理的水平。In order to comprehensively and timely reflect the operating conditions of the steam turbine generator,and effectively reduce the workload of professionals.In addition to the existing monitoring data of the power generation enterprise,the on-line monitoring system of the turbine generator status integrates the generator s manufacturing parameters,inspection data and other records,and evaluates the operation of the generator through an evaluation model constructed by regulations and expert experience Real-time feedback on status.The system achieved good results in the trial operation stage.The abnormal hydrogen dew point temperature in the generator was discovered in time,and the stator bar temperature measurement had defects and problems such as jumps,and an alarm was raised.At the same time,suggestions were made to deal with these defects and problems.The reliability of the generator's safe operation.Therefore,based on the existing monitoring data and maintenance data of power generation enterprises,the platform that combines the corresponding standards and evaluation methods to establish a real-time reflection of the turbine generator status can not only reflect the operating status of the generator in a comprehensive and timely manner for professionals,Can also carry out information management on the data of generator operation,maintenance and test,so as to further improve the level of generator management.
