摘 要:大学学术评价是对高校学术活动及知识生产开展的价值判断活动,也是引领大学学术活动走向的“晴雨表”和“指挥棒”。现代大学的学术评价主体日益多元,标准也日趋多样,但其评价标准仍游离于“数量等级”与“学术品质”之间,评价过程“族群化”“品牌化”和“行政化”的异化趋向,影响了现代大学人才评价的客观性与公正性。重构现代大学学术评价的本体价值,需要调整大学学术评价过程的权力要素结构、重视学术评价共同体的作用发挥、彰显学术道德在学术评价中的首要属性,促进现代大学学术评价价值取向的理性回归,彰显其引领学术创新的本体属性,确保学术评价的功能发挥和激发学人学术热情的人本导向,构建具有鲜明中国特色的一流大学学术评价体系。Academic evaluation is a value judgment activity for academic activities and knowledge production in colleges and universities,and it is also a“barometer”and“baton”to guide the academic activities of universities.The subject of academic evaluation in modern universities of China is becoming more and more diverse and the standards are becoming more and more diversified.However,the evaluation criteria are still dissociated between“quantity grade”and“academic quality”.The alienation tendency of“ethnicity”“branding”and“administration”in the evaluation processes also objectively affects the objectivity and fairness of the evaluation of talents in modern universities of China.To reconstruct the ontology value of academic evaluation in modern universities,it is necessary to adjust the structure of power elements in the process of academic evaluation,attach importance to the role of academic evaluation community,highlight the primary attribute of academic morality in academic evaluation,promote the rational return of value orientation of academic evaluation in modern universities,and highlight its leading role in academic innovation.It is necessary to construct a first-class university academic evaluation system with distinct Chinese characteristics.
