摘  要:采用DEFORM-3D有限元模拟软件研究了镁基复合材料的热挤压过程,探讨了挤压过程中镁基复合材料内部应力场、应变场和温度场的变化规律及与之相对应的挤出过程中复合材料内部晶粒大小的变化规律.研究结果表明,在挤压模具定径带处有明显的应力和应变集中,温度场对于复合材料内部动态再结晶的影响弱于挤压过程中产生的应力对其的影响.The hot extrusion process of magnesium matrix composites was studied by using DEFORM-3D finite element simulation software.Variation rules of internal stress field,strain field and temperature field of magnesium matrix composites during the extrusion process were discussed.The corresponding change rules of grain size in the composites during the extrusion process were also studied.The results showed that there existed obvious stress and strain concentration in the sizing zone of the extrusion die,and the effect of the temperature field on the dynamic recrystallization of the composite was weaker than that of the stress generated during the extrusion process.
