摘  要:为快速准确地预测波形钢腹板组合箱梁在外加扭矩作用下的扭矩扭率曲线,进行了抗扭设计,提出了结构在开裂、屈服及极限状态下扭矩及扭转刚度的简化计算方法,并结合既有试验结果对简化计算方法进行了验证;在此基础上,提出了波形钢腹板组合箱梁简要设计流程。结果表明,文中的简化计算方法可较准确地给出结构的扭转刚度、开裂扭矩、屈服扭矩和极限扭矩,提出的抗扭设计方法可用于波形钢腹板组合箱梁结构设计。In order to quickly and accurately predict the torque and twist curve of the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs under the action of applied torque and carry out the torsional design,a simplified calculation method for the torque and torsional stiffness of the structure under the cracking,yielding and limit states is established.The existing test results are used to verify the simplified calculation method.Basis on this,a brief design process of the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is proposed.The results show that the simplified calculation method can accurately predict the torsional stiffness,cracking torque,yield torque and ultimate torque of the structure.The proposed torsion design method can be used in the design of composite box girder with corrugated steel webs.
