摘 要:为了研究钢夹板-螺栓连接胶合梁的抗弯性能,以东北落叶松为基材,制作了13组试验梁。探讨了螺栓顺纹间距、螺栓并列、错列布置方式及拼接的两段梁是否来源于同一根胶合木等因素对梁破坏形态、承载力和变形能力的影响。结果表明:并列螺栓顺纹间距为100 mm时,极限承载能力较纯胶合木梁提高4%,并列螺栓顺纹间距为60、80 mm时,极限承载能力比纯胶合木梁小,且随螺栓顺纹间距的增大而增大。并列螺栓顺纹间距60、80、100 mm的钢夹板-螺栓连接胶合木梁的极限变形相对于纯胶合木梁分别提高了40.4%、47.7%、49.8%。钢夹板-螺栓连接胶合木梁初始刚度大于纯胶合木梁,且初始刚度随顺纹螺栓间距的增大而增大。螺栓并错列布置与拼接的两根梁是否来源于同一根胶合木对钢夹板-螺栓连接胶合木梁的受弯性能影响较小。弯曲程度最大的螺栓位置都位于梁底靠近跨中处,且弯曲度随螺栓顺纹间距的增大而减小。In order to study the bending resistance of Glued Wood beams-Steel Clamp Bolted Connection,13 sets of test beams was made based on the northeast larch.The effects of bolt spacing,bolting,staggered arrangement and whether the two sections of the spliced beams originate from the same glulam are used to influence the failure mode,bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the beam.The results show that when the spacing of the parallel bolts is 100 mm,the ultimate bearing capacity is 4%higher than that of pure glulam beams.When the spacing between the parallel bolts is 60 mm and 80 mm,the ultimate bearing capacity is smaller than that of pure glulam beams.Increase in pitch.The ultimate deformation of the steel splint-bolt-bonded glulam beams with parallel bolts of 60 mm,80 mm and 100 mm is increased by 40.4%,47.7%and 49.8%.Respectively,compared with pure glulam beams,the initial stiffness of the steel splint-bolt bonded glulam beam is greater than that of the pure glulam beam,and the initial stiffness increases with the increase of the spacing of the stud bolts.Whether the bolts are staggered and the two beams are spliced from the same glulam to the steel splint-the bolted glulam beam has less influence on the bending performance.The position of the bolt with the greatest degree of bending is located at the bottom of the beam near the span,and the degree of curvature decreases as the spacing of the bolts increases.
