摘 要:为使沥青路面在服役温度内具有良好的路用性能,选用SEBS(氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物)改性剂对橡胶沥青进行复合改性,在保持橡胶粉掺量一定的情况下制备不同SEBS掺量的复合改性沥青,应用频率和温度两种扫描模式下的动态剪切流变试验(DSR)分析其流变性能,利用时温等效原理构建主曲线分析其粘弹性规律,并通过多重应力蠕变恢复试验评价其高温性能。试验结果表明,SEBS改性剂不仅能显著提高沥青的抗疲劳能力,还能有效改善其感温性能,并随着SEBS掺量的增加改善效果愈加显著;SEBS改性剂的加入使沥青老化前后的车辙因子(G^*/sinδ)增大,基质沥青的抗变形能力得到提高,沥青的高温性能更佳;在受力之后,8%SEBS掺量复合改性沥青老化前应变恢复率提升3.68倍,其恢复变形能力较基质沥青优异。综合评价各项指标,推荐SEBS最优掺量为8%。In order to make the asphalt pavement have good road performance in service temperature,SEBS and rubber powder are used to compositely modify the asphalt,and the dynamic shear rheological test(DSR)analysis combined modification is applied in both scanning mode.The rheological properties of composite modified asphalt were analyzed by dynamic shear rheological test(DSR)under both frequency and temperature scanning modes.Using the time-temperature equivalence principle constructed the main curve to analyze the viscoelasticity of composite modified asphalt.The test results show that SEBS/rubber powder composite modifier can not only improve the anti-fatigue ability of asphalt,but also effectively improve its temperature sensing performance,and the effect is more obvious with the increase of modifier dosage;The addition of SEBS modifier increases the rutting factor(G^*/sinδ)before and after asphalt aging,the deformation resistance of the matrix asphalt is improved,and the high temperature performance of the asphalt is better.After the force is applied,the strain recovery rate of the composite modified asphalt is improved,and its recovery deformation ability is stronger than that of the matrix asphalt.Through comprehensive evaluation of various indicators,the optimal dosage of SEBS/rubber powder as asphalt modifier is recommended to be 8%.
