摘　　要：开展“公交都市建设示范工程”的专项计划是贯彻落实我国公共交通优先发展战略,缓解我国城市交通拥堵和资源环境压力,改善民生质量的重大举措,具有促进我国各大城市可持续发展、资源节约、环境友好的重要意义。为研究我国“公交都市”政策实施后各城市在城市公共交通方面取得的进步与成效,以我国37个“公交都市建设示范工程”城市为研究对象,探讨了我国“公交都市”的政策条例和各城市创建“公交都市”的历程,总结了中国特色“公交都市”的典型特征,提出了城市综合公共交通发展模式的分类标准,分析了我国“公交都市”综合公共交通发展模式的演变规律,可为评估我国“公交都市”政策的成效提供参考。The special plan for carrying out the“the Transit Metropolis Demonstration Project”is a major measure to implement the national public transport priority development strategy,in order to alleviate the urban traffic congestion and environmental pressures in China,and to improve the quality of people’s live.This plan had great significance in our cities’sustainable development,economical resource and friendly environment.In order to study the progress and achievements of Chinese cities in urban public transportation after the implement of“the Transit Metropolis”policy,the research object of this paper is 37 transit metropolis in China.This paper discusses the policy of“the Transit Metropolis Demonstration Project”and history of Chinese transit metropolis,and summaries the characteristics of Chinese transit metropolis.The classification criteria of urban comprehensive public transportation development patterns is proposed,and the evolution trends of these urban comprehensive public transportation development patterns are analyzed.This study provides reference for assessing the effectiveness of the“the Transit Metropolis”policy.
