摘 要:高含硫气藏开发过程中,井筒内随着温度、压力的降低会出现单质硫的析出、运移、沉积现象,进而影响气井产量。针对高含硫气井难以下入温度和压力测量仪表以及硫沉积预测困难的实际情况,基于力学理论和硫溶解度模型,考虑井斜角对高含硫气藏硫颗粒临界悬浮流速的影响,建立了斜度井硫颗粒临界悬浮流速模型,确定硫析出和沉积及传质的条件,得到硫沉积规律预测模型。基于MATLAB2016软件,以某高含硫气田L井为例,对相关参数进行计算,将预测结果与实测值对比可知,两者规律一致,即当井斜角小于60°时,临界悬浮流速与井斜角成正比,井斜角大于60°时成反比,验证了预测模型的可靠性。利用预测模型对目标气井进行硫的动态分析预测可知,随井底温度或者井底压力的升高,井筒中硫析出位置距井口越近,日析出硫质量越小;且H2S体积分数越高,析出硫质量越大。预测结果可用于调整高含硫气井生产现场的开发方案,对高效生产、预防硫沉积具有指导意义。With the decrease of the temperature and pressure in the development process of high-sulfur gas reservoirs,the phenomena of the elemental sulfur precipitation,migration and deposition will occur,which will then affect the production of the gas well.For the high-sulfur gas well,it is difficult to place temperature and pressure gauges in the wellbore and make a prediction of the sulfur deposition.Based on the mechanical theory and sulfur solubility model,considering the effect of the well inclination angle on the critical suspended velocity of the sulfur particles in the high-sulfur gas reservoirs,the critical suspended velocity model of the sulfur particles in the deviated wells was established,the conditions of the sulfur precipitation,deposition and mass transfer were also determined,and the predicting model of the sulfur deposition law was obtained.Based on software MATLAB2016,taking Well L of a high-sulfur gas field as an example,the calculation and prediction of the related parameters were carried out,and the comparisons between the calculated values and the measured values show that the two laws are consistent,that is,when the well inclination angle is less than 60°,the critical suspension velocity is directly proportional to the well inclination angle and inversely proportional to the well inclination angle which is more than 60°,which verify the reliability of the prediction model.The dynamic analysis and prediction of the sulfur in the target gas well by using the predicting model show that with the increase of the temperature or pressure at bottom hole,the closer the sulfur precipitated position in the wellbore to the wellhead is,the smaller the daily sulfur precipitated mass will be;the higher the hydrogen sulfide content is,the greater the sulfur precipitation quality will be.The predicted results can be used to adjust the development program of production field of high-sulfur gas well,which are of an instructive significance for the efficient production and the prevention of sulfur deposition.
