摘 要:大型游乐设施是一种人机环交互频繁和机电液集成度较高的复杂系统,在对其进行安全分析时,传统的事故模型难以全面识别危险隐患。为了解决上述问题,发现基于系统理论和控制理论的STAMP模型在复杂系统的应用中更具优越性。因此,本文基于STAMP构建了大型游乐设施的事故模型,包括安全控制模型和具体过程模型。通过分析模型中的控制回路与安全约束,识别出其潜在的危险因素并提出改进措施。应用实例证明,基于STAMP的大型游乐设施事故模型在全面辨识系统危险因素方面具有良好的应用价值。Amusement rides arc complex systems with frequent human-computer interaction and high degree of electro-hydraulic integration.It is difficult for traditional accident models to effectively identify dangerous hidden dangers such as human factors,software programs and interaction between subsystems in the safety analysis of amusement rides.In order to solve the above problems,the STAMP model based on system theory and control theory is found to be more advantageous in the application of complex systems by analyzing the common accident models.Therefore,based on STAMP theory,this paper constructs accident model of amusement rides,including safety control structure and specific process model.By analyzing the control loop and safety constraints in the model,the potential risk factors are identified and improvement measures are proposed.The application case proves that the accident model of amusement rides based on STAMP has good application value in the comprehensive identification of system risk factors.
