摘　　要：本文描述了压力容器制造过程中外购管件的监督检验依据,并且通过监督检验人员亲身经历的案例对比《钢制对焊管件类型与参数》(GB/T12459-2017)与《钢制对焊无缝管件》(GB/T12459-2005)两个新旧标准涵盖管件范围的不同,更进一步突出外购焊接管件若充当压力容器本体的主要受压元件,则符合压力容器部件制造监督检验的外购焊接管件必须在生产地实施制造监督检验,并且针对该类问题提出预防措施。This article describes the basis for the supervision and inspection the pressure container manufacturing outsourcing in the process of fitting the of,and by comparison with the case of supervision and inspection personnel experience"steel butt welding pipe type and parameters"(GB/T12459-2017)and"steel seamless pipe butt welding"(GB/T12459-2005),both old and new standard covers fitting range of different,if further highlight the outsourcing welding pipe fittings as ontology of main pressure parts,pressure vessels,conform to the pressure vessel components manufacturing supervision and inspection of outsourcing welding pipe fittings must be carried out in production manufacture supervision and inspection,Some effective preventive measures are put forward.
