一起锅炉爆炸事故的案例分析

摘　　要：本文介绍了一起发生在近期的锅炉爆炸事故,通过现场勘察确定了爆炸现场情况并发现锅炉的部分安全联锁保护装置存在异常。通过对爆炸区域的金属材质取样并进行理化分析发现爆炸点金属组织已经劣化,从而推论出导致事故发生的原因,并根据此事故提出了几点今后预防此类事故再次发生的建议,强调了使用单位应负的主体责任、各人员的岗位职责和对设备装置应给予重视的关键点。This article introduces a boiler explosion accident happened recently,the situation of the explosion site is confirmed through the field investigation,and some abnormal safety interlock protection devices of the boiler are found.Through the metal material of blast area sampling and physical and chemical analysis,it found that burst point metals group has been deteriorating,thus infer the cause of the accident.According to the accident put forward some Suggestions for prevent such accidents from happening again in the future,it highlights the main responsibility of units used,the personnel's responsibility and key points of equipment should be given attention.
